Your first visit

Budget about 30 minutes. A licensed physical therapist assesses you before any treatment — that's where we confirm the laser is right for your situation and plan how to sequence your sessions. Then the treatment itself: goggles on, five to fifteen minutes of gentle warmth over the area, and you drive yourself home. Wear something that gives easy access to the area we're treating.

• You have 90 days to use your sessions, so there's no rush to fit them all in at once.
• Most patients feel meaningful change by session three.
• If the laser isn't appropriate for you, we refund your purchase in full — not just unused sessions.
