Front Desk Patient Care Coordinator Job in Traverse City, MI

Superior Physical Therapy is hiring a Patient Care Coordinator for the front desk of our Traverse City clinics, on Munson Ave and W Front St. You are the first person our patients talk to, on the phone and at the door.

What you will do

• Answer calls and schedule patients
• Check patients in and out
• Collect insurance details and payments
• Keep the schedule full and the clinic running on time

What we are looking for

• Friendly, organized and comfortable on the phone
• Experience in a medical office or customer service helps
• Comfortable learning scheduling and billing software

Schedule and locations

Full-time and part-time. Clinic hours are Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 7 PM. We have two clinics: 401 Munson Ave and 3899 W Front St, both in Traverse City.
