Discover How to Relieve Pain From Sitting
Do you sit for more than 2 hours per day? Did you know research indicates it only takes 2 hours of sitting before your muscles begin to become tight? Do you struggle with pain in your lower back because of sitting? Maybe you have pain in your neck and shoulders because of sitting?
If so I have something great to share with you…
In order to stay pain free during and after siting there is a simple solution.
You need to have a buffer zone.
What I mean by that is you need to have more motion available than what is required of sitting in order to have pain free sitting.
And if you get pain after you sit you need to have a prescriptive movement that counteracts what happens to your body after you sit. Got it? Good.
