Your first visit

Budget about 30 minutes. A licensed physical therapist assesses you before any treatment. That is where we confirm the laser or dry needling is right for your situation and plan how to sequence your sessions. Then the treatment itself, and you drive yourself home. Wear something that gives easy access to the area we're treating.

• You have 90 days to use your sessions, so there's no rush to fit them all in at once.
• Most patients feel meaningful change by session three.
• If the treatment isn't appropriate for you, we refund your purchase in full, not just unused sessions.
