What does the treatment feel like?
A gentle warmth on the skin. That’s it. Sessions are 5–15 minutes depending on the area treated. No needles, no electrical stimulation, no medication. You wear protective eyewear, and so do we.
How many sessions do I really need?
Acute injuries often respond in 3–4 sessions. Chronic conditions typically need 6–8 for full effect. The 6-Session Build is what most chronic-pain patients pick because it’s the right dose. If you’re unsure, the 3-Session Jumpstart is the lowest-risk way to test — and we’ll credit what you paid if you upgrade later.
What if I pay and then it turns out I shouldn’t have laser therapy?
You get a full refund. A licensed physical therapist screens you at your first visit before any treatment. If the laser isn’t appropriate for your situation, we refund your entire purchase — not just unused sessions. That’s why we’re comfortable letting you book online.
Why does my card statement say StretchMe?

Is this covered by insurance?
Class IV laser is generally not covered by Medicare or commercial insurance — it’s billed out-of-pocket. The 25% off Labor Day pricing is designed to make a full course affordable. HSA/FSA cards usually work; check with your plan administrator.
Is it safe? Are there any reasons I shouldn’t have it?
FDA-cleared and very safe. A few situations need a conversation first rather than an online booking — active cancer, pregnancy if we’d be treating the abdomen or low back, a pacemaker, a photosensitive condition or light-sensitising medication, or a steroid injection in the area within the past week. Do I have to use my sessions right away?
