In order for you to receive physical therapy services it is important that you obtain a referral from your physician.  Superior Physical Therapy accepts all forms of physical therapy insurance including:

• Blue Care Network
• Aetna

We promise to verify your physical therapy insurance benefits prior to your first visit.  If we are not in your network we still accept your insurance and will do whatever it takes to become a part of your network.  It is our goal to reach out to the entire community, not just a select few.  Before we begin physical therapy we always do an insurance verification that will explain exactly what your insurance benefits are and what exactly is covered before you begin physical therapy.  There will NEVER be any surprises or extra charges when you come to Superior Physical Therapy.
